Patch to draw and edit lines
Description
I made this patch for the mapping workshop at node10, it allows you to add points to create and edit lines, also added is a quick hack to draw them on in a mapping stylee. Any bright ideas to make the lines draw on at a constant speed (ie faster for longer lines) welcome

Cant get this nice patch working with 29.2 =( Any advaice?
