Perfmeter has a bar graph of frame rate

Removed the GDI renderer that dropped the frame rate of the whole patch

Removed the GDI renderer that dropped the frame rate of the whole patch and replaced it with text(ex9)

This new version is the 1 from beta24.1 which had the start of a frame rate graph, so I thought I'd make it easier to read :)

this should replace the old method

new one has a bar graph that is easier to read than the beta24 one otherwise no change...
